Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Sparkx. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18, or use the platform under supervision of a legal guardian. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when we confirm it, not when payment is taken. Obvious pricing errors may be cancelled with a full refund. Item quantities per order may be limited.
3. Payment
We accept online payment via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking) and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. Online payment disputes are handled through Razorpay's process.
4. Delivery
Delivery availability depends on your PIN code. Minutes orders are fulfilled by the local shop shown on the order and are subject to that shop's opening hours and delivery radius.
5. Returns & refunds
Most items can be returned within 4 days of delivery in unused, original condition with packaging. Some categories may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons (marked on the product page). Refunds go to the original payment method (or as agreed for COD) after the return is received and checked.
6. SparkCoins
SparkCoins are a promotional reward (1 coin per ₹100, capped per order), credited when an order is delivered and revoked if it is returned. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and the program may be modified or discontinued at any time.
7. WhatsApp purchases
Some shop products are sold via WhatsApp chat with the shop. Anything agreed in that chat (price, availability, delivery, payment) is a direct arrangement between you and the shop; Sparkx is not a party to those transactions and platform protections (order tracking, returns, SparkCoins) do not apply to them.
8. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the platform, post unlawful or abusive content in reviews/questions, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with the service's operation.
9. Content & IP
Product images, text and the Sparkx name are protected. Reviews you post may be displayed with your first name; you grant us a licence to display them.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law; courts at the seller's registered place of business have jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Contact: support@sparkx.shop.
